so what have you done? sounds like sensors in BP tray not registering properly

Phil thanks for reply We swapped the whole rt door unit. We did not find any bypass adjustments in service manual. Thanks

Service Mode>Copier>Function>CST, and look under the MF (Multi-Feed) settings adjustments. A4R, A6R, A4, Once you set all of those, the "adjust side guide" message should go away.

Is something registered in User Mode for the bypass? Make sure there is not. If user settings are ok, you might want to do some RAM clears. Make sure to back them up in service mode first.
