IR 3300 Print Problem

Hi copierguys

My ir3300 printer works properly for the past one year but last two days crate a problem. I couldnot able to idnetifi the problem. becauss IP address, subnetmask and gatway are same, the ping comment some times ping sometime no response , some times ping instantly but no connectivity to system. some time the printer work properly if the system(copier) shoudown again the problems come. If any body knows pl guid

You can go to the canon website and try to update your driver.
make sure that you are using the correct driver version.
have you updated your server recently?
