iR-ADV 8505i Loses print job after Jam Error

    [Error Code] iR-ADV 8505i Loses print job after Jam Error

    Hi, I office just received an iR-ADV 8505i, and we noticed every time we have a jam error we lose the print job and have to look for the page in adobe and start a new job, we have 8205 and it does not do this can someone tell me if there is setting we can use on the 8505i so we don't lose the print job after jam errors?

    set print jobs to continue after error.

    since you give NO driver/net information...

      Thanks, Phil B we are using UFR II, we can't find set print jobs to continue after error can you give me instructions, please

        dude.. you continue to give LITTLE info... -=IF=- you are a tech.. it's in the service manual

        -=IF =- you are an end user.. it's in your user/admin manual.

          I have a service manual can you tell me the page I should look at? it's 1700 pages long and can't seem to find " set print jobs to continue after error "

            try to initialize all data/settings in the user functions (note :back up or export any necessary data before erasing the data in the machine)

              i think you mean reset factory defaults ..

              MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP ALL ADDRESS BOOKS... NVR ...ETC
