    IR Advance C-2030, poor CQ...

    Hey guys..

Second time to this customer, but very unfamiliar with this machine. Customer says they're getting poor CQ, but mostly on color prints. I don't know the procedure on how to isolate which Drum Unit, Xfer Belt, etc. that might be causing it. Not sure if machine has a "Consumable Counter" that could be read from the panel or whether you have to look at its web page to find out.

    Any help appreciated!

Settings/reg 2&8. Settings/reg. Copier/counter/LF shows drum life. Sample would help

Drums are weak in this model. Quality is low.
I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

Thanks for the replies guys, but the customer never let me get back to the machine to check it out further.

Bought a disposable HP type product instead.
