Canon IRA C2225 "ghost images" continued

    Hi Guys,
I am still having trouble with the ghosting issues on 2 customers now that I have previously posted...
After replacing drums, ITB transfer assemblies, and fuser units, I noticed when I cleaned the transfer roller (just dry wiped) it seemed better but not completely satisfied (haha).
Is there also a way to adjust the drum currents in service mode?Maybe I can try that too because the only real difference is whenI cleaned the transfer roller.
And if so could someone direct me how to do that in service mode?
Thank you all so much for you input and reponses trhus far.
(I have posted a sample for all to see)
