Hi guys,
Customer just called and said the machine will not auto-tray switch when it runs out of paper still.
Could somebody please tell me how to make it switch automatically when it runs out of paper in the top drawer to go to the
bottom drawer?
In a unrelated issue, they say the machine is making a rattling noise and is jamming frequently....

chaining paper trays is covered in the service manual.. they have to have same paper type/weight/size/direction all the same for chaining to werk.

Rattle: you didn't provide any stats on life on the parts or total on machine...jam codes etc...

setting/registration -> function settings -> common -> paper feed settings -> paper draw auto selection .. select each setting and turn on all trays
