Canon IRA C2225 Light Image on Copies/Prints

    Hi Guys,
Once again another light print issue on this model machine...
    Tried:
    replacing transfer roller
all drum life indicators were under 100 on all four drums.
I was just at this customer yesterday and they sent the following sample print (it was making beautiful copies/prints yesterday)
    Any ideas?
Thanking all of you in advance,

On all colors or just black ? Lifecount under 100 for drums doesn't say it all on these models, specialy so for the Bk drum..

can you do a PG5 on each color ? What does it look like ?

And it seems like it is only on the black (see sample)
          Thank you,

I have replaced plenty of drums with less than 80% on this model but they are mostly dark. To clean the laser glass with out taking it out you have to go into the service mode and open the shutters and then use the cleaning tool on the front door. It is not too hard to take the laser out on the left side. Going just by the sample and the black drum is good I would say laser glass is dirty.

I would put a laser isue first.
Second, this will be a developer issue more then a drum.
To locate a color issue print PG-10 test.
