Had a customer with a problem with paper wrapping around pressure roller. I replaced the entire fixing assembly. Still doing it. They have 4 of these. Changed the paper with a different box. Still does it. Worse on 2 sided of course. Are there any counter measures as on the 3245 series? Already increased the lead edge quite a bit. Thanks!
