    Canon IRA C5250 print PDF's from USB memory stick

    Hi all

    I'm trying to work out how to printer a PDF from a USB memory stick on a C5250 however when I try , the 'Print' button is greyed out...

    Can anyone help?

    Settings/Registration > Preferences > External Interface > USB Settings and set Use USB Device to ON
    Select Settings/Registration > Function Settings > Store/Access Files > Memory Media Settings and turn on

      im pretty sure its an optional key you need to buy to enable pdf printing

        hello there.

        you need to buy a licence to print PDF from usb.you can print .jpg but when it comes to adobe files you need licence.
        smart as most ppl nowdays save documents in PDF.
