good morning we face problem with our Canon imagepress C800 suddenly tiger strips appear as shown in the following file attached
the actions was taken as in the following sequences:
1-replace black developing assembly------------few days and the image fault came again
2-replace primary H.V connector assembly------also few days and the image fault came again
3-replace grid and wire for corona assembly----------also few days and the image fault came again
as seeing in the attached file the problem is related only to color black.

It's looks like some kind of vibration like bad drum gear... Not familiar with this model.
There may be a bulletin if anyone can check..

i see small white spots on the second test page. looks like pinholes in the itb belt. they will be black on the belt itself i have had this a few times.

What is the page count on drum K and Tbelt? Is that defect only one egde only? (more than likely the SIDE L/R not T/B of page)

looks kinda like a drum issue.

sounds like you wasted Time/Parts before knowing the cause.

Can you see that pattern on the dev cylinder? If not i would do a forced stop to check the drum, belt and so on and see where the issue is visible for the first time

Take out cover of Develop Unit. If you can see tiger strips on Cylinder, that maybe hopper can't supply enough toner. Than take out hopper unit and check
