IR ADV 4245 error 028-003

Reseated ribbon cable and cleaned optics, working on arrival and after cleaning. Any tips would help, haven't work on a canon in a while. How do you get into service mode on this one? Thanks

Are you sure about the error code? Do not see a 028-003.

E028 and E280 are differrent. You can check SM on another models, it's same
