ir6570 lost results

hello friends from all over the country, sorry to ask, ir6570 the results are gone by themselves and I clear dc-cnt is normal again but after my machine restarts the results are gone again and if the po-cnt = 0 the results are not lost just clear. what I have done is replace all corona wire, replace HVT, DC control. but the result is no change. help the solution. sorry if the words are not understood because I use google translator, I am not good at English, thank you.

Which results are you talking about?Do you mean the machine makes blank copies on default po-cnt=1?
If so,then the HVT pcb could be faulty or the charger blocks could be having leakages and need replacement.

thank you for your response, friend, yes if po-cnt = 1 for a number of sheets the results are good but if the engine is turned off then it will be empty. the results appear again after clear DC-CON

Unseat the BootRom and RAM and clean and fix back on the printer pcb,if it fails to keep memory replace the Lithium battery on the Printer pcb.
The last option is to change the HVT pcb.
