[Misc] Missing image

Hi,

We have a machine Canon IR5020i is copying and printing with image is missing(please check the attachments) . we have clean the corona wires primary and secondary and did clean the laser unit and laser filter glass also. still the same problem.

Kindly suggest what need to be done.

What format do we look at?
Direction of the paper path?
Is white line at the same place each time?

it is width wise
top side of the paper from any tray
Yes the white line on copy or print always.

Check wire primary cleaner in home position ? Check developer unit have any white line?
