    iR-ADV C5045i

    Hi,

    Please check attachment.

I've been struggling in this kind of problem.

I change with new drum assembly (compatible) = OK, but after a several print it will come back again

I change with new developer powder (compatible) = OK, but again after several prints it came back.

    Any suggestions guys.

    Thank you

    Hi,
Did you change for all colors including magenta? If not I would suspect the charge roller for magenta drum assy. i think trying some swapping with any of the working remaining old rollers may give a clue.
If it fails again, use a working magenta dev assy for a proof. Keep on, you'll get round it.

I dont like compatible drums in these high speed models. It puts stress on the HVT and makes too much noise. Try executing the DPC in service mode on all the drums. You may as well try to get the voltage measured right.
I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.
