I have a ir 4570, replaced harddrive and installe sst on pc, got it download via swith and rj45, but two the files are not loading one is ir2270_system_USenv3603 with error E261 (needs Boot Version :0636 or later) other one is Time Limit ir-XXxx0201-710E-Brows.dat only loads to 48% (E211). Where can i get updated files. Got Software CD from Canon.

How old is that CD...My MN-CONT is 39.01, BootRom 11.43_N. Do you have a Service Manual for it machine. You have to follow the Upgrade Step by Step, or you will have errors everytime.

never mind i found out that harddrive was also bad started to lock.
i installed a new one and every thing went smoothly, also used a cross over cable. thanks

Kuby,
I was reading your reply, I am having problems with the CD. Do you know where I can get the CD? We are not a Canon dealer but I have one hear with Hard Disk problems.
