Has anyone ever had this with this model? I disconnected it from the network and from the phone line. Went into
Status Monitor and no Copy, Print or Fax jobs were pending. Did an all clear from service mode. No luck.
I didn't try updating the system software because I don't have that software. I must have cleared something that
I shouldn't have because now the display is in Japanese.
The customer will probably upgrade but I thought I would exhaust all possibilities short of circuit board replacement.
