    Canon i-SENSYS MF735Cx - condensation dew problem

    Hi,
    I have a problem with Canon i-SENSYS MF735Cx.
    After MFP is turned on and see the main menu for whole seconds it shows the error: "Perform condensation dew removing. Please turn off and on the device."
    When I quickly try to perform condensation dew removing from menu before showing the error statement, it starts to do it, I let it run for an hour, but it doesnt solve the problem.
    Please, where is the condensation dew sensor?
    What is needed to be performed to solve this problem?
    Thank you.

    The service manual and parts manual will point you down the right road.

          No, I don't.
          How its called in parts list?
          Because in service manual I was unable to find keywords dew and condensation.

            **HINT** if a paper manual.. SM - look for the message explanation/remedy (should have pics of sensor in the remedy section).... PM - SM shows area where sensor located..find part #
            if PDF form .. input desired key words in the Search line

            This 'cleaning' you did was it in user/admin mode or ACTUAL Service tech mode?

              As a user. You have small amount of time to use the menu, so its unreal to enter into service mode.
              Its enviroment sensor pcb or density detect sensor?
              Please help.

                You probably already read this.

                <Control Condensation>

                When the temperature changes rapidly in the environment where the machine is installed, condensation occurs, which may cause fading or bleeding in images and text. Select <On> to remove dew condensation in the machine. When selecting <On>, specify whether to restrict jobs.
                <Off>

                <On>
                <Use Fax Memory Lock>/<Allow Job Printing During Process>
                <Use Fax Memory Lock + Do Not Allow Job Printing During Process>/<Do Not Allow Job Printing During Process>

                While condensation removal is being performed, printing may not be performed properly and blank paper may be output.
                If you set to <On>, you need to keep the machine turned ON to maintain the effect of condensation removal.

                    Re: Canon i-SENSYS MF735Cx - condensation dew problem

                    Did you try to update firmware?

                    This firmware includes the following corrections and improvements: V03.05 1. Added support for Server Name Indication (SNI) for Google Cloud Print (GCP). V02.31 1. Addressed a vulnerability (KRACK) in WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access)/WPA2 (Wi-Fi Protected Access II) for devices that support a wireless LAN connection (Wi-Fi). 2. Resolved other minor issues.

                    Setup

                    The firmware and instruction files have been compressed.
                    The following instructions show you how to download the compressed files and decompress them.

                    1. To download files, click [Accept & Download] icon, then input printer serial number, select [Save], and specify the directory where you want to save the file. Click [Save] to start the file download.
                    2. Downloaded files are saved in the specified folder in a self-extracting format (.exe format).
                    3. Double-click the files to decompress them. A new folder will be created in the same folder.
                    4. Open the decompressed PDF file. Follow this PDF instruction to start the firmware update.
