I have a customer that claims that Canon Canada Direct operations has provided them with "Canon Print Assist". The only thing I can find on it comes from Canon Australia and only pertains to inkjet printers. They are insisting that they will only buy from us if we, or the devices, support this service. We dont sell inkjets, only imagerunner advanced products.
What is this? Is the customer snowing us?
