My company just recently switched to a C3525i. When I print flyers that contain a .png with a transparent background (like my logo), instead of the background being transparent, it fills it in with a slightly darker color of whatever I put the .png in front of.
So basically if I put my company logo over top of an existing red background, instead of my logo being fully transparent, it fills in the logos background with a red that is slightly darker than the existing background that I put it over. If I put it over a blue background, it fills in the background of my logo with a slightly darker blue than the background that I put it over.
It's not just an issue with my logo, it does the same thing for other .png files that have a transparent background as well.
It doesn't seem to matter where I have created the flyer (Photoshop, Spark, Publisher, etc), it still does it.
It did NOT do this with my old Bizhub C284e and I have not made any changes to the files that I am trying to print.
Any suggestions?
