Hai all, can anyone help me to clear gp405 error code E604?

Problem :

E604 Error Code. You followed all the troubleshooting steps in the service manual and still have an E604 code.



Solution :

Check the Image Server Memory or the Image Processor PCB. The recommended Image Sever Memory should be Kingston 32MB, 144 pin EDO Module, 64 Bit, 60 nanoseconds, No Parity.

Thank you for your reply.I comfirm is Image processor PCB faulty.Can it be repaire or clear the error code?Cause i don't have extral IP PCB.

P/S:when on machine,it show error code,but machine look like it can warm up because main and fixing motor got rotation until end.
