Canon IPF750 with message saying: Hardware Error 03800500-2F42. This message only occurs during the 3rd nozzle check of Head A cleaning. I have printed a color palate out and it seems that any color mixing with blue has an issue, the customer printed out a large print job that contained the image of the woods and the image has a yellow tone and red streaks going up and down the entire image. I have check the purge unit and it seems to function fine. Any suggestions?
