Missaligned colors on iR2030i ... please help !

    [Misc] Missaligned colors on iR2030i ... please help !

    Hello

    I get this printer in poor condition but alignement where ok (copy was working after cleaning work) So I reset the printer settings ... the machine came to JAPANESE ! So I set it back to English (thanks google traduction app !) ...

    I resolved printing configuration and scan configuration all is ok ... BUT now when I'm printing pages the colors are not aligned (Black is (X,Y) (+1,+1)mm offset)

    Is there an alignement procedure like print head ink printer ?

      How did you reset device?
      Are you a tech? RTFM?!

      Must print out P-PRINT-Service mode setting values before clear setting!

      Check if the label is on the inside of the front door and copy the data into the printer.
      If you do not know how then call a Canon cert. tech.

          I had a label inside the door and the values in P-Print seems correct but I don't printout value stored inside before reset...

          Is there a procedure to find correct values ?

              IR2030i is B&W copier. How can you print out color?

                          Clean the patch reader.. Dcon CLR(backup first).I've needed to do REG CLR in service mode(under function,maybe 2nd level..not near machine) on a few to get them to cooperate. A few needed lasers replaced(cleaning them didnt help). Or ITB slipping

                              Try run Automatically Correcting Colour Mismatch:

                              Top > Settings/Registration > Adjustment/Maintenance > Adjust Image Quality > Automatically Correcting Colour Mismatch
