102 shows up on the report but the large color does not increment from month to month .
The report shows the following
101 total 1
102 total 2
106 total ( full color 2 )
109 total (Black 2 )
120 Total ( Full Color Large ) This is the one that does not move
121 ( Full color small )
I know the end user is printing color ledger pages .

U mean 120 never moves ?
Two clicks for LGR only show up in 102
Think 401 is for FULL COLOR LARGE > PRINTS & COPIES
will check manual
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
You are correct 12o never moves , I have a 2020 here to test that on, I can try 401 . The only issue I have with 102 is how do you determine which of those Large where color and which are black and white ?
Thank You in advance for your assistance again

Have had many conversions with Canon over the years on these counters----and found that they know little when it comes to billing setups
Found it best to keep counter billing contracts simple
Confusing when it comes to Copies and Prints > Full Color > Single Color > Black Only > Large > Small
000 to 099 Remote copy
100 to 199 Total

600 to 699 Box
700 to 799 Reception print
800 to 899 Report print
900 to 999 Transmission Meanings of symbols in tables

the paper larger than B4 size can be counted as large size paper.

have a look here is a link for entire list of tables for all your Canon Supported Meter Counters------------
Currently dealing with this type of thing at work under new ownership...
KM dealer took over our Canon dealer now they are confused over how billing works on Canon vs KM because the KM says "color" and "black" in plain writing whereas Canon use the number system.
We are setting most of the new stuff up for double click 11x17....
If I were to duplicate the numbers for billing I assume we are supposed to use 102 and 109....and just do a virtual meter in e-automate or whatever for the color which would be the difference.
I assume there is a meter recording that number though??? Maybe 417 according to the printtracker link Teckat has posted above?
