Of course, we have experience. This is CopyTechnet. You want from us to give you the secret and then you do not need to pay to one of us?
From time to time, techs also need a new pair of shoes.
Error 5b00 means that the ink absorbers need to be replaced.

Really! No I expected a fellow tech help another one. I work on Xerox not cannon do you know everything about Xerox? Of course you will say yes. And thanks for telling me what the error was would of never got that based on my post. Sounds like someone needs to hang your shoes from a telephone pole wire.

If I worked on Xerox, I would definitely know that Canon is writing with one letter n and with a capital letter like Xerox.

My X is capital and its called auto correct on a mobile. And from the tag line of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" I can tell exactly what kind of tech you are and way to greet a new member of the forum. WHAT A TOOL.

Thanks coptech all the videos that I have found are for the 3900 and don't work on the g4200. The only thing as far as a video goes that I have seen that might work is if I have the cannon SST tool v5.xxx or higher but i have not been able to locate it.
