Canon iR Advance c5240 black blur copy

    Hi guys,

at the beginning after finding b/w blur print out, i perform the following steps trying to solve the problem.

    1) at first i change a drum ( took from other unit) -> remain blur
    2) replace another black bottle toner-> remain blur
    3) replace dv tank ( took from other unit) -> Ok

but after existing K toner bottle finish, and replace with new one, it start blur again.

    anyone encounter this issue before?

appreciate if you could share with me if you have similar problem.

That sounds like it is the toner. I have heard stories of people filling oem bottles with waste toner or toner from a printer. Start with a new developer, new oem bottle. Vacuum the toner hopper. That is if you are saying the developer "tank" is the developer next to the drum.
