    Pink shade printout C3520

    Greets,

    I have a following issue.

A client switched from Konica bizhub c224 to Canon iRC 3520.

They are using Photoshop to print.

When they print out of Photoshop, printed images have pink tint all over.

When they print through windows image viewer, images come out fine.

Which settings need to be adjusted to get normal prints From photoshop?

    Thanks in advance.

well clearly you have proven it is that ONE program...

does your boss have a contract to support THEIR software?
    did they call Adobe?

IF your boss requires you to be adept at Photoshop.. have him give you a copy of the office disks.

OK now to nuts n bolts...:
    What Operating System on PCs?
    Version of Photoshop?
Have you looked at the FILE they are printing in viewer? Is it pink BG?

      It's windows 10.

      Cs6 ps.

From some PCs supposedly even from windows photo viewer it prints pink tint.

I assume it has all to do with RGB and CMYK, but don't know is it a setting within windows or program itself, but any help is welcome.

Everything is fine physically with the machine.

I just asked for help with PS setting because I don't use PS. And possibly windows setting that gets overridden by PS.

          Thanks.
