    Canon IR 600 won't save document to mailbox

    I have a Canon IR 600 with mailbox features. I recently upgraded Windows to XP, downloaded the new drivers, and now I can't get the copier to store a document in the mailbox. Any suggestions?

    P.S. - I am not a technician, but an end user.

      on the copier run scan disk.
      Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.

              When I run scandisk (or format), will it lose the documents already saved to the Mailbox?

                  Are you saving to mailbox from the copier or from your pc? and yes you will loose everything when you format but you cant do this from the machine .. I am confused please clarify
