Been working on this iR ADV C7065 off and on as I find time. Original failure was E602-0513, reboot of machine returned E748-2024.
Found retention screw missing from Main Controller 2 PCB, so I swapped Main Controller 2 PCB (thinking it had rattled out of the slot while powered up, damaging it), received same E748-2024. Attempted reformatting/replacing HDD.
Reformatting/ALL gives me:
Now I get a E602-4000 after reformatting hard drive with either USB firmware or SST.
Attempting the HDD Initialization with the SST gives the same error on copier, SST reports:
Have tested original hard drive and replacement hard drive with Seagate SeaTools (to verify hard drives were actually good)
Is it possible that I have a bad Main Controller 1 PCB?
