    [Error Code] Canon C6010/ Canon C1110 server issue

    I have a Canon C6010/ Canon C1110 but I cant print from the command 5 system.

    The C1110 connects command 5 when I type in the password and ip address but does not print.

    But the C6010 does not connect all even with the correct ip address and password.

    Can someone please help me with this issue???

      Are you a tech?

      Check settings in service mode:


      COPIER>OPTION>INTFACE> IMG-CONT set to "3"
      Practice makes perfect
      If it ain't broke, don't fix it

          Thanks!

          But at this point I deleted the whole Command work station 5 trying
          to reinstall a new version on my A 1200 fiery server (for my C6010)
          and now I cant even get any version reinstalled.

          And no I'm not a tech, I'm a Graphic designer/ printer.
