    Poor Quality Copies- IR5045 Adanvce

    Hello,
I'm working on an IR5045 Advance with a disturbing copy output. It was initially giving this output, so I cleaned the inner parts and replaced the Cyan and Magenta developer and toners with perfectly working ones. But as can be seen from the numbered areas, it gives poor output.
    1. The Cyan copy appears cloudy and poor
    2. There are Cyan streaks at the edges
    3. There is a Magenta streak at the edge

Beside these, there are Cyan drops on the copy. But as I said, the toners and developers are from perfectly working machines.
I appreciate your time and effort and hope your suggestions help me out. Thanks in advance.

Can you attach a PG-10 service test instead of this samples please?

      Hi,
Ok, just that I'm a bit far from the location. I will be on my way in the next hour. Thanks.

I suspected the ITB cleaner, so presently, I already have a new one on the way. I think I will get the other clue clearer after the cleaner replacement. So good to have you!

Paper may be on top of the ITB belt.

              Hi,
I had to make a complete overhaul. Because user had left the machine to sit for over a year. Changed ITB blade and all drums and it did the trick. Thanks for the input buddies!
