    have you tried pulling the op panel make sure connections are good both ends of the harness?
    do you have a like panel to swap with?
    have you updated firmware?

    really need to know other than cali's what's been done!

          First things first.... I'd make sure there is no dust/debris buildup around the edges of the touch panel. That can cause issues.

          Second, make sure the copier's network connection is NOT running "Power Over Ethernet"!! This will burn out network cards and control panel CPU's. I've been there....trust me on this!!

          After that, reseat all your connections and try calibrating it again. If calibration fails or doesn't hold... THEN replace the touch panel.
