iRC3220N language problem

MACHINE : iRC3220N
SST : SST ver 3.34e
FIRMWARE: iRC3200/iRC3200N ALL_C 81.01 rev.00

I have an iRC3220N with the system language in french.
I would like to convert the system language
to english.
I tried to use the above firmware + SST but to no avail.
i've read that the newest version is ALL_C 86.01 rev.00a
does anybody have this latest firmware?
or maybe you can guide me on the proper procedure on upgrading
my firmware.

another thing is:
i went to check the language file on
service mode -> copier -> version -> lang-en
and i found that it has a version of 81.01
however when I went to switch the language on the
common setting > switch language
I can only find french.
on the service mode -> option -> body -> config
i can change the country and paper size system.

am i missing out on anything?
can anybody help?

It Sounds like you need to download the language from the SST again. However you need to check that the English version is on the tool in the first place. I would imagine whoever downloaded the software to the tool only selected the French version. So the problem lies not with the copier or tool but with the software folder.
On SST V 3.33.or later (maybe earlier) it is possible to search and select the software required and that is not already loaded.Worth doing to save memory. However it is very easy to miss one because of the tick box and double negitive wording (boxes ticked are already loaded) which means you have to untick to load or tick to not load ..

hi
after checking the all_c during batch download
i found at that it is stated that

iRC3200_system_USen8101 Not Registered
iRC3200_Language_XXen8101

that means that the there is system software in may batch file

would be very happy if anybody can send a copy of the system software in english.
