Refer aforesaid error where I had replaced Laser unit & DC Controller Card of working machine, Still same error occuring ... Any clue or support on priority appreciated.

Carefully check the continuity from seat of connector to the DC controller board. Chances are there is a bent pin for the connect or a break in the cable connecting to the DC controller board. With a faultless DC Controller and laser, what is left is the link between the two.
