Hello all,
I have a problem with the old IPF8300, when I try print the colors appear to be dotted with another color. And in some cases it looks like is spraying around (see attached pictures)
The colors are not consistent and look as if they are splashed fine with another dark color over.
I'm using High Glossy 180g photo paper properly added as custom paper using Media Configuration Tool
I did all calibrations and adjustments in Service and Normal mode
I did Head Cleaning A and B
In Service Mode I did:
*[Adjust Printer] [Head Posi.Adj.] [Auto(Standard)]
*[Calibration] [Auto Adjust]
*Gap Calib
*NOZZLE CHK POS.
*OPTICAL AXIS
*Nozzle Check ( Right printhead goot signs of some clogged nozzles)
I created and used my own profiles using ColorMunki Photo.
I'm printing from Photoshop using IPF Print Plugin and I carefully checked all the settings, also from printer driver as well.
I have done almost everything that can be done from service and normal mode.
On Head Posi.Adj. collor patterns at some point the collors seems to be smeared (see photos)
I can not do [Adjust Printer] [Head Posi. Adj.] or [Auto(Expansion] I;m ending up with "Cannot calibrate.Press OK and try calibration again." I suspect that is happening because R printhead has reached end of its life. ( or maybe can be unclogged with Inktec MCS01LDP ???)
Has anyone ever met this problem?
Any advice on what can I do to fix it? Replacing the right printhead will fix the problem?
