[Misc] IR-ADV C5240I ADF not sensing

Hi Experts,

My team facing an issue with IR-ADV C 5240I . The document feeder is not sensing AR4 ( short edge feed ) . When the paper kept in A4R direction it always sense A3 .
They have swapped the original detect sensor and system software also upgraded .

Request you to share your experience if you have come across and your advise on this regards would be highly appreciable

the reason its detecting A3 is because the A3 detector arm is being triggered. check if the arm is not broken or has been dislodged. if thats fine then check and clean the photo sensor for that arm
