    Scanning Issue Image runner 8095

    Greetings fellow TECHIES!!!!


    i am Having issue with a canon

    Seems it not scanning

    original copy

    scanned

    Copiedscan.jpg

    for some odd reason its not scanning, could it be a setting, it doesnt do this all the time. sporadically.

    thanks for any suggestions.. Appreciated!!!

    As you can see, scan is much brighter than a copy.
    Canon digital scanners have a problem with scanning stamps and various pens. Try changing the scan settings from "text + photo" to "text" and intensity. (Dark)

        no from a printed original, after scanning the image disappeared

        i do notice the dots on the scanned copied. so will up the dpi setting might be just to low.

          was original document transferred from a Word Doc to a Pdf

          so original document was physical signed ( and not digitally signed )

            Yes it was physically sign, then scanned.

              is issue on all signed documents

              take a pen and write your name on a blank paper a few times> now scan it > and print out copies
