I replaced the tonner for cyan and after some few prints, this error code e000025-03c0 appeared. I believe it has to do with the tonner container or something. Any help?

error will come up when the copier does not recognize when the small toner door (one for each color) is open or closed on toner replacement.
Check the Black Toner Container Inner Cover Sensor PS16 in I/O P024 Bit 11 in service mode.

it didn't detect that the cyan toner had opened. you'll have to clear the error code in service mode to continueComment
