Have you ever had this problem with a Canon iR3245 machine?IMG_6051.JPGIMG_6050.JPGIMG_6049.JPG


It is a ramdom issue.

are the originals being pulled from the document feeder or is it being scanned from the glass or a print from the computer, and have you checked the cassette side guides

This is a copy and printing problem. Yes I had checked that.

What have you done so far?
Did you visually inspect drum,developer.....
Check laser shutter..
