      Prints light = check print driver .

      Glass Copies use no driver .
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

          If its very light mostly on photos and if printings got light without changing anything, (options, drivers) i would suggest to reset the printer.
          Preferences-Function Settings-Printer-Utility-Reset Printer.
          It lasts maybe 30 mins and after finishes restart copier/printer.
