did you swap out imaging units??? make sure all connectors are clean too. there is also a sensor board above your transfer belt assy you have to remove the side cover to access this area. good luck j
IT IS BETTER TO REMAIN QUIET AND BE THOUGHT A FOOL THAN TO SPEAK AND REMOVE ALL DOUBT
If you've just replaced the drum and recived that error code...pull the drum back out and shake it vigorously...replace into machine clear the error and you should be good to go...or as the previous poster stated clean the Salt sensor.
Also..what count is the drum at?

This fault if it shows it head again can be caused by hard toner in the cartridges. if the customer stores them on the side for a long period it tends to go hard. The hard toner can cause damage to the gears that feed the toner into the drum unit and when the drum unit runs out of toner (as it would) and then it will display this error again I have had this on a few machines but got away without any damage done to the gears .jusr change the drum unit and see what happens .
