[Misc] IRa-C250if Waste Toner filling up way too fast..

We have a few machines in the field that are not making it past 12k needing waste toner to be replaced. Has anyone else ran into this issue before on this series machine and what was the end result?

Not on this machine actually. But it is the quality of toner in use in the other models sometimes.

if not how manu total?
pm's done on time?
generic toner?
machine clean?
what are they printing?

so many questions... so little info!

I was back yesterday now for CQ
The machine has 200k +- they are pushing this machine 2017
12k per waste box every three months to the day.
Machine clean as a whistle..you can eat off of it.
PMs?? We try to replace the parts that are needed when we run a call .
Only been on this machine three times for same thing;(waste toner box)
However...I did notice yesterdays call, they claimed CQ , I asked for samples of the job with issues.
They went in the back and printed off a job with 5pgs. Very colorful and boxy w/copy quality tiny lines
Long and short, they print off an INKJET who's days are numbered.
Bring it up and print about 200 sets on the c250.
Then they say we've been doing it like this since we got the machine.
It's like they think c250 will miraculously improve the inkjets shortcomings!
Gotta love educated people and no common sense that walk among us.
Should've been a detective.
Time to call in the big guns... sales

I have that problem. The machine has 350K printout. I must replacing the reg. drive ass. (drive is for reg. roller and Waste toner con.)
