C2020 no power

Customer had power outage due to storm, no surge protector, now copier (Adv C2020) won't power up. We went out with an AC driver but that wasn't the problem. Any ideas before we waste another trip, its pretty far out. I figure we will take both Main Controllers, DC controller, low voltage and high voltage board and another on/off switch.

If it was working perfectly before the power surge, then ON/OFF switch might not be a culprit, but the board housing the ON/OF switch should be suspected. Expect a blown fuse or IC. Traveling with a working power board will be a shrewd idea.

I would also make sure that the breaker to that plug isnt tripped

We ended up with power once we replaced the Main Controller.
