    Canon IRC3100N wont print & scan

    I have customer with Canon IRC3100N. cant print documents from PC by LAN/network (NIC). though before that can print.

    i check the IP address and then check the cable, there is no problem with that. when i check with ping command there's repply from ipaddress, when i check the RUI with internet eksplorer the machine working properly.

    when i print tes page, in the PC there's send the data normally to the machine, it look blinking in yellow led indicator machine, but after that there is no anything happen in the machine.
    when i look in system monitor.. status is "NG", but the data is in.

    same like scangear, i cant discover the machine. there is no detected scanner in scangear software..

    What should i do ???????

    when troubleshooting printers
    i go to printer properties > device settings > get device status

    if ok, try to print again.
    if not ok
    there might be an ip conflict on the network.

    have you try to reinstall the printer driver?

    on the scangear, is this a network scangear or a color network scangear? network scangear wont detect your scanner.

      -yes i have to reinstalling driver printer..
      -in get device status is success.. "got device informations"
      -in internet eksplorer i can see RUI of the machine.
      -when i use RUN command "\\192.168.2.2" i can see a sharing printer IRC3100N (192.168.2.1 is IPaddress machine)
      -i think there is no ip conflict, i use the cross over cable PC to machine
      -when i print tes page.. sound like print normally, but the machine not process. just blinking in led then dissapear.. when i look in system monitor - Log - printer - " the status is NG"..

      Ok i try to install Color network scangear....
