Hi Guys
Got Customer with Canon IRC1225iF multifunction printer/copier. This is there third machine. Other two have been exchanged by Canon. Each machine has the same fault. When scanning or copying the paper will not feed in through doc feeder all the time. Drive activates and rollers run but paper will not go into the feeder. After "jiggling" with the paper it will then work for a while. Once working it will take as many sheets through as there are placed on the feeder. Next time you go to copy/scan same thing happens again. As mentioned this is the third one and this has the same fault. It appears as if the little white plastic stop guide which should drop down when when paper is drawn in does not go all the way. Also cannot stop the machine from duplexing. Even doing an ordinary single sided print or copy paper goes through twice as if it is doing double sided printing. Cannot seem to switch this off. Anyone else had this issue Cheers
