[Misc] While scanning documents in ir3245 its clipping contents from top

Hi all

While i am scanning from document feeder in my ir3245 its clipping some contents from top of my page. I am scanning in adobe acrobat and i have cleared my RAM also but still problem remains the same.

what direction are you scanning in?

what size are you scanning to?

you didn't give us really any helpful info...

Try to scan in A4R
be sure the adf (feeder) in the home position
