    c6010s jam code 0112

Hello...i am installing a used c6010s in a customers office. everything is all connected and comes to ready just fine. Every copy jams over sensor ps200 (just before entering the fuser). I changed the sensor and the transport belts, and the motor. (all looks fine). Just for grins, i also changed the fixer feeder driver. Anyone have any thoughts? I re-seated all the connectors on the DC controllers. Any help would be appreciated.

Correct. 1.2 million copies on the unit. Client bought on ebay...so no p print available.

Maybe a broken wire in that fuser guide assembly, is that sensor in the guide that flips up when clearing a jam? I remember the yellow fuser cover catching the wire loom at the top if not careful putting it in position.

No... ps200 is in the transport assembly going into the fuser. This sensor has no flag.

My bad, that transport assembly kind of sticks out of the machine when the two halves are separated for shipping, could it possibly have been knocked during transport, so it isn't in correct alignment to the fusing station, that might cause the delay jam. Have you tried longer sheets?

yep...tried all paper sizes. The assembly is mounted correctly, the 3 connectors are all intact, with new belts and a new sensor. Physically, all is fine. leaning towards the DC controller 1-1....

                01xx is a delay jam

you stated ( Every copy jams over sensor ps200 ) wouldn't that be a Stationary Jam 02xx if paper is over sensor ?

The pre fixing feed driver was replaced, no change. I will be working on the unit this afternoon...will let you know. Thanks for the help!
