problemm with IR 5570

I have a big problemm with Canon IR 5570.When I turn on copier i wait for a while,and it starts up,but when i press the print button,he scan file from ADF,and then said that the print is susspended.No error or something like that.
Does anyone have a solution for that'

Problem :

When the Print Button is pressed on the imageRUNNER the Control Panel will lock-up. Internal Test Prints will not come out and an Error Light will flash. The imageRUNNER will also not warm up properly and the document will revert to suspended.


Solution :

In this Case, the lock-up was caused by small piece of torn paper in the Fixing Frame Connector on the Machine Rear Frame. After the torn paper was removed the connector the imageRUNNER worked properly.
