    [Error Code] canon ir5050 error code 821-0001

    hello,
    anybody can help us with my technician regarding the error code 821-0001 of my canon ir5050. its always appearing everytime we power on. i just transfer the machine from my shop going to my house for overhauling. after cleaning and power on it its appear the error. any help please. thank you.

      Check the "yellow wires" to the Drum Motor Driver PCB to see if they are touching and shorted against the back side of the machine's flywheel. Repair the damaged wires and make sure they are secured away from the flywheel.

          error code relative to the clogging of toner inside the waste toner auger tube. If this code is present and the toner auger tube is clear and MS5 is operating properly, check to see if the exhaust fan FM3 is operational.

          Also a defective primary fan FM2 was the cause of FM3 not working and the error. The part # for FM2 is FK2-0103-000. The part # for the Primary Fan Duct assembly is FM2-3074-000.
