Problem with Canon IR 2016

Dear All, I have been facing a problem with Canon IR 2016, after starting on in the display panel, one message appeared "Download Mode" and after that no keys are working like hanged. Please advise me accordingly.

You should upgrade firmware to ver 61. The problem will disappear

Pls contact to Canon Office, that firmware is supplied without fee.
I had it but could not upload to Internet because of file size.
