First you can not swap boards from different models. Did you swap the counter pcbs?

E355 error code is due to no communication between the Main-Controller board and the Serial Number board below it. The boards are connected by a 11 PIN yellow connector and cable. This yellow connector must be reseated on the new Main-Controller board when changed. The connector must be seated firmly on the board.

When this error occurs, you must go into Service Mode and clear the error code. How to clear the error code:
1. Enter Service Mode: Press * Additional Functions, 2&8 simultaneously, then * Additional Functions again.
2. Then select the [COPIER] option. Under [COPIER], select the Function tab.
3. Under the [FUNCTION] tab, select the [CLEAR] option.
4. In [CLEAR] there is a selection E355-CLR. Select it and hit OK.
5. Reboot the machine.

If the error occurs again:
1. Make sure the connection is secure and tight to the Main-Controller board from the connector cable to the Serial Number board below.
2. Re-seat the Main-Controller board into its slot.
3. Go into service mode and clear the error code as explained above.

* If the error still continues, you probably have a bad Serial Number board and it needs to be replaced.

I would swap the boards back to the original machines. What boards did you order for what machines?

as per the guys who had serviced before us , they hadn't swapped the COUNTER pwb.

but we dint have any clue about it.

could you kindly let us know how to identified the PCB'S which is for what ?

is there any way to find out ? because the swapping had been done before we took over these devices

E355-001 is fault data on Counter PCB
E355-003 is unmatched data between Counter PCB and Serial Number

You have to copy
1.counter pcb
2.Serial pcb
From another device with Manage with superpro-580u-programmer

From another device Read, keep and save to E355

1.service mode * 1 7 + 3 9 * FACTORYmode

2.select 01 [ ALL RAM CLEAR ]

3.select E35* CLEAR & ALL RAM CLEAR [-]

4.select KeyPad NUM 2

5.select OK

6.Wait for the system to reset the system. And up to E355 and turn off the machine

7.Assemble COUNTER,SERIAL

8.Turn the device into the normal screen

and
When upgrading, you will get a new serial number.

And get speed in one model
Such as ir2270 is ir2870

But you have to choose a higher version to copy
and...counter Low.

you dont need new serial number or copy other counter data, just reset the counter without changing the serial number .

and you just say about copying counter data on IR device, on IR device you just copy and write the counter+serial number, but in IR ADV device if you want to copy counter+serial you need copy or reset the Flash board .
superpro and the adapter is only suitable for old IR device not for IR ADV.
